1. - Being resident in Jakarta, Indonesia, and seeking a home in Anthem Country Club presented some rather difficult challenges. I went online to search for a real estate agent and came across Jennene's profile. She seemed to be a good fit for what I needed. As we began to correspond, she quickly appreciated what I was interested in and served up some properties that met my needs. After taking a number of virtual tours, we decided to pursue the selected property.
Not being one to buy sight-unseen, I hopped on a plane and made the trip to Las Vegas. The property was as represented and we placed the offer. Then, I boarded a plane to return to Jakarta while the owners considered the offer. By the time I touched down, the counter was waiting for me and after one more round of an offer it was accepted. Jennene managed this long distance dance with grace and eloquence. That was the easy part. To close the deal required a heavyweight bout with lenders at the front end of the mortgage crisis. Things were definitely starting to tighten up and working the deal long distance didn't make matters much easier. As the lender continued to request volumes of data, Jennene served as the quarterback in making sure all the necessary documents found their way to the proper locations (escrow, lender, etc.) We closed the deal and are very happy with the purchase.
Throughout this process, from first contact through closing the deal, Jennene provided excellent service in a very professional manner.
