Are You a Short Sale Candidate?
 

 You are a short sale candidate if you are a seller and:

·         If you have experienced hardship

·         If the value of your home is proven to be less than the amount needed to pay off all loans, encumbrances, and real estate selling costs

·         Generally, if your loan is delinquent or in default
